to see patients once a year to review all medications prescribed by the Allergist. For mail order pharmacy please phone our
office to requests a written prescription. There is a 48 hour turn around for prescriptions.
Antibiotic, Prednisone, or Pain Medication are not renew
medications. If you need these medications call the office for an appointment.
Renewal of medications contact your Pharmacy and have them fax over a request. All pharmacy requests need to be faxed
to (253) 589-1786. **Our renewal services are on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays only. There is a 48 hour
turn around for prescriptions.**
